Prayer Changes Things !!! Obedience Gets You Places !!! Love Is The Key That Hide a Multitude of Sins !!! Understanding The Rapture Time Period :
I believe that all should study the scriptures for themselves. Now here a helpful hint : What scriptures are
BEFORE the 1,000 year reign of Christ through His kings and priests,
and which are AFTER...
Now here is what I believe : I believe that the whole world is about to go
into chaos ! U.S.A. will be hit with
a nuke, in the North Eastern part, and through this, all hell will
break loose upon us. The gov. will issue Martial Law. The gangs in the
streets will rake havoc all over. The revolutionists and terrorists and
gangs will fight and kill, and be killed.
There will be a famine for food. Many hearts will fail for fear . Through all this, a one world
Gov. will be established, and the Mark of the Beast established.
Through all this chaos and destruction, the saints will travail before the
Lord, and bring forth ( birth ), the sons of God. The sons of God will
take control, send forth the decree to bind Satan, and those of Rev. 20:1-6
will reign as kings
and priests for a thousand years, through Christ ( the anointing of the
Holy Ghost ) and then, Satan will be loosed again for a short time,
gathering all the armies against that great city of Jerusalem .
The "rapture" will take place, after the 1,000 yr. reign, just before the
vials are poured out...( Rev. 16 th. Chapter ).
God will destroy the armies, and "time will be no more" ( which means all the elements in
heaven and earth, will be destroyed with a fervent heat ). Then comes
the judgment.
Those that have purified themselves, through obeying the Holy Spirit, in faith, will
forever be with the Lord ( not separated
from His Spirit ), and those that haven't, will be forever separated
from the Spirit of life ( their soul ).
Like I said, you need to search the scriptures for yourself, to see if these
things be so...

It is good to remember that most of the books are not necessarily in chronological order, and have repeats
that back up and add more to the subject matter...
Here also is some comments concerning it :
Matthew 24:3-8 ... And as He sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, Tell
us, when shall these things be ? And
what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world ? And
Jesus answered and said unto them : Take heed that no man deceive you.
For many shall come in My name, saying, I am Christ ; and shall deceive
many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars : see that ye be not
troubled : for all these things must come to pass, but, the END is not
yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom
: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in
different places. ALL THESE ARE THE BEGINNING OF SORROWS.
Revelations of Gods Word comes in times ( seasons ). For many years the "rapture"
doctrine has been so prevalent and from seemingly good sources, that
most did not question it ( also consider that not many dig into the
scriptures to find out if "these things be so" ). I know that there was a
drive in me to understand the end days, yet, the more I studied, the
more confused I became. This was because I still had the rapture
doctrine ( as it was ) in my mind. But even considering the doctrine,
there were still some scriptures that just did not line up.
FINALLY......I understood to understand this, I needed to separate the
scriptures concerning it : Those BEFORE the 1,000 yr. reign, and those
AFTER. This thought pattern finally gave me understanding. Now I don't
have all these scriptures written down, but, as someone comes with a
reasoning for a scripture, I can remember the scriptures, and we can
reason together.
Now consider this : There is a tribulation........this is before, and there is the GREAT
TRIBULATION....which is after. The tribulation period began when they
started killing Christians, and is still occurring. The GREAT
TRIBULATION is the time period which is when Satan is released from his
chains, and go forth to deceive the nations once again.
Nowhere in the scriptures can I find solid evidence that the "rapture" is before
the institution of the Mark of the Beast. On the contrary ! The MAIN
scriptures which support the "rapture doctrine" , found in 1st.
Thessalonian 4:13-17. So, let's reason together with other scriptures
concerning this :
Verse 13 ... But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep ( the body is dead
), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
Verse 14 ... For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them (
those "asleep" in verse 13 ), also which sleep in Jesus, WILL GOD BRING
WITH HIM ( this is explained in vs. 16 ).
Verse 15 ... For this we say unto you ..........by the Word of the Lord...( this means there are
other scriptures supporting this concept ).......that we which are alive
and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are
asleep. NOTE : This is speaking of the END of the world. Now the END of
the world MUST be AFTER the 1,000 yr. reign. Now here is another
concept : I believe, through studying the scriptures, that the 1,000 yr.
reign is a reign through His saints ! No where does it say that JESUS
will physically be present......EXCEPT through Christ....or....the
Anointing ! In other words, those that have died during the tribulation
period, that is described in Revelation 20:1-6
And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great
chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent,
which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years. And cast
him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him,
that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years
should be fulfilled : and after that he must be loosed a little season.
And I saw thrones, and they sat upon the, and judgment was given unto
them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of
Jesus, and for the Word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast,
neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads,
or in their hands : and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand
years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years
were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he
that hath part in the first resurrection on such the second death hath
no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ and shall reign
with him a thousand years.
Will there be 2 comings of the Lord Jesus ? Well, in a way, there has already been one. And that through the
Holy Ghost. The Anointing ! And this same very Anointing is the Christ !
THIS Christ is what will be reigning with those described above, in the
1,000 yr. reign on earth.
Verse 16 ... For the Lord Himself shall descend FROM heaven, WITH a shout, with the voice of the
archangel, and WITH the trump of God, and the dead in Christ shall rise
first ( Matthew 24:31 read it ! ). Now how can the Lord, descend from
heaven, if He is reigning on earth with those described in Revelation
20:4....? No....He is reigning WITH the kings and
priests....THROUGH...the Holy Ghost ( Christ ).
Verse 17 ... THEN, we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with
them in the clouds, to MEET the Lord in the air : and so shall we EVER
BE WITH THE LORD .
These scriptures are speaking of the END ! They are not speaking of the tribulation time, or, the Great Tribulation
time. They are AFTER...the 1,000 yr. reign.
Saints, we are, RIGHT NOW, entering into the " Beginning of Sorrows" ! The institution of
the "Mark of the Beast" is not too many years from now ! Time to do
INNER PREPARATION !!!
Jesus will NOT leave us here when His Spirit is taken from the earth ! But, that will not happen till He is
ready to pour out the vials upon the earth ( Chapter 16 ) " And they
repented not ", occurring many times, is revealing a stubborn frame of
mind !
When His Spirit is taken from the earth, then, will all the inhabitants be filled with evil spirits.
Revelation 18:2-4... And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying , Babylon the great is
fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold
of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird (
spirit ). For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her
fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with
her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance
of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come
out of her My people ( the "rapture" ) that ye be not partakers of her
sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
Jeremiah 51:6-8 ... Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul : be
not cut off in her iniquity ; for this is the time of the Lords
vengeance ; He will render unto her a recompense.
Now in Chapter 13, we see the institution of the Mark of the Beast....then, in Chapter
14, we read this in verses 12 and 13 ... Here is the PATIENCE of the
SAINTS : Here are they that KEEP the commandments of God and the FAITH
of Jesus. And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me : Write :
Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord...FROM HENCEFORTH...Yea,
saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours : and their
works do follow them.
In Chapter 16, we see there will be no Spirit of God , because no-one would REPENT ! If the Spirit of God was
there, there would be repentance...
We will be gone BEFORE the vials are poured out...
Don't be fooled into thinking that you will be "raptured" out of here before the Mark of the Beast ! Perilous times
are before us saints !!!
There is something ALL need to get into their heart RIGHT NOW ! If the birthing of Israel in 1948 is the "this generation" spoken of in Matthew
24, then 70 yrs. being a generation, the "Mark of the Beast" will be
implemented BEFORE 2018 . The Holy Ghost cries out LOUD ! GET YOUR
AFFAIRS TOGETHER !!! PERILOUS TIMES ARE AT THE DOOR !!!

Peace and Love... http://www.revivalstreet.com/Darren-Smith-Almost-Shot.mp3 THE RESULTS OF OBEDIENCE : To understand the impact of the account of Acts 2:37 - 47 , we must first go back and understand the fruit of obedience : After the Lord Jesus was crucified, and arose, He appeared to His Apostles and Disciples and gave them instructions to fulfill ( Acts 1:4,5 ... And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which ye have heard of Me. For John truly baptized with water ; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence). Now I'm sure that those that gathered in the upper room, awaiting the "promise" ( Acts 2:1-4 ) didn't fully realize what the impact of being obedient was to bring. Sure, they had a little head knowledge, but what was about to transpire was beyond their capability of fully understanding, until they actually experienced it. Through this experience, they was equipped to go forth in the Power of the Holy Ghost, fulfilling this scripture in Zachariah 4:6 " Not by Might, nor by Power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts ". They had read scriptures, and saw how that in times "before", God would anoint certain men or women to accomplish His presence among men to instruct, and peep into the mind of God, but the actuality of the Spirit of God being IN them to fulfill His will and accomplish the spreading of the gospel, was an event that would impact the world, and shatter the preconceived notions of Gods mind. In Romans 11:34 we read : "For who hath known the mind of the Lord ? Or who hath been His counselor ?:. FINALLY, through the Spirit of God, we CAN know the mind of the Lord as seen in this scripture : St. John 16:12,13 ... " I have yet MANY things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now, Howbeit, when He, the Spirit of Truth is come, He will guide you into all truth : for He shall not speak of Himself, but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak : and He will shew you things to come ". Sure, the disciples had spent time with Jesus, and saw the significance of being led by the Holy Spirit, but now, it was time to experience being totally LED by the Spirit of God. So, let's see how the Holy Spirit motivated these, to be in the "will of God" ... : 1. Fellowship : Acts 2:42 ... " And they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers". Saints, the Spirit of God loves communion ! We can see the heart of God toward His people, as we read this in Matthew 23:37 ... "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, How often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chicken under her wings, and ye would not ! ". So even as the Lord God wants constant fellowship with His people, when the Spirit of God enters, the attributes of His Spirit spill over into believers to come together. We can better understand the importance of this through this scripture : Matthew 18:20 ... "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them ". Sure, we have fellowship with the Holy Ghost without being around other believers, and, sometimes this is necessary ( as with the account of the Apostle Paul, which went into the wilderness 14 years, to be taught of God ), but there are things that are accomplished when we gather together in fellowship with other believers. Read these scriptures prior to verse 20 ...: Matthew 18:16 ..." But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two, or three witness that every word may be established ". And again in Verses 18, and 19 ..." Verily I say unto you Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven ; and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed i heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of My Father which is in heaven. " So, we can see the importance of getting things done, through, the fellowship of the Spirit of God, by the gathering of His saints. If a person is an island to their-self, how can they be effectual in administering the will and mind of God....? Ya know, Satan will try to discourage fellowship. And you can see why... 2. Discipleship : The term disciple is derived from the New Testament Greek word "μαθητής". http://www.htmlbible.com/sacrednamebiblecom/kjvstrongs/STRGRK31.htm.... , coming to English by way of the Latin discipulus meaning "a learner". Disciple should not be confused with apostle, meaning ""messenger, he that is sent"". http://www.htmlbible.com/sacrednamebiblecom/kjvstrongs/STRGRK6.htm#.... [3]While a disciple is one who learns from a teacher, a student, an apostle is sent to deliver those teachings to others. The importance of training disciples need to be acknowledged in this church world . Be trained, then, train ! We can better understand this by reading some of what Paul wrote to one of the disciples in his care in 11 Timothy 2:15 ... " Study, to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth ." Too many go forth not knowing the scriptures, and are devoured by religious minded persons which are still caught up in darkness (ignorance). They get offended, and lose their drive, because of lack of knowledge ( Hosea 4:a ..." My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge " ). And, there are dire consequences of being rebellious to being discipled , as we see in continued reading of this verse : " Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee that thou shalt be no priest to Me ". Saints, that is a sad state to be in. If we have been chosen of God to go forth, we ought also to go forth in knowledge and understanding. In Acts Chapter 6, we read about the disciples of Jesus, and what they were adamantly doing : vs. 2 ... " Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said It is not reason that we should leave THE WORD OF GOD, and serve tables ". Diligently seeking out Gods mind was a primary and fundamental course of action. Note also, that those twelve were also making disciples to go forth ( verse 1 ... And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, ,,,) . Do we see stagnant churches, sitting on their duff, and not MULTIPLYING ??? Nope ! They were about their Fathers business, TRAINING TO GO FORTH... Now the question is : Should we also learn, then train to go forth ... ? If we want a mighty move of God we should... 3. Worship : Another fruit of obedience to the Word of God is evident when we WORSHIP the Lord. Check out this definition : 1. 1. The reverent love and devotion accorded a deity, an idol, or a sacred object. 2. The ceremonies, prayers, or other religious forms by which this love is expressed. 3. Ardent devotion; adoration. True worship can only come from a heart that is so full of Love there is nothing else that can distract. It actually puts one in the presence of God. Pride cannot find a place in true worship, because to have that flow of love going both ways, we see how pitiful we are, no matter what the calling or prestige. This cannot be accomplished with a carnal outlook ! True worship is a spiritual exchange that goes beyond carnal understanding and presentation. We read in John 4:23, 24 ... " But the hour cometh, and NOW IS, when the TRUE worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth : for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is Spirit : And they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth". In reading Psalm 96:9 , we see that holiness is presented to be hand in hand with worship : " O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness : fear before Him, all the earth ". So as we go to the Father in love and gratitude, we should always have a clean heart and a conscience that is not defiled. Being truthful, no matter how decrepit you may esteem yourself, is a person " after Gods own heart ". 4. Prayer : Ya know, I just do not understand why so many of Gods children live a defeated life, when we can reap a fruit of obedience to the scriptures just by talking to God. Sure, sometimes it takes a while to get an answered prayer, but that is where perseverance comes in, coupled with a trust. Here is some of what the Lord Jesus has to say about prayer : Luke 11:9-13 ... " And I say unto you, ASK, and it shall be given you. SEEK, and ye shall find . KNOCK, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh , receiveth. And he that seeketh, findeth . And to him that knocketh, it shall be opened ". But there is much more we can glean from prayer : Prayer can keep us from temptation : Matthew 26:41 ... " Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation . The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak ". Prayer can keep us filled with the Spirit : Luke 11:13 ... "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him " ? Prayer can get things done : James 5:14-16 ... "Is any sick among you ? Let him call for the elders of the church ; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord : And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up ; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your "faults" one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. THE EFFECTUAL FERVENT PRAYER OF A RIGHTEOUS MAN AVAILETH MUCH " ! Also, we need to always consider the motive behind the prayers ! Matthew 23:14 ... "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites ! For ye devour widows houses, and for a pretence, make long prayer : therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation". All four of these topics have a common thing : They are works of ACTION ! Continuing in these can produce great benefits ! Not being involved in these will stagnate your walk with the Lord. Then, look down, because you may have grass growing under your feet...
Proverbs 21 : 22 A wise man scaleth the city of the mighty, and casteth down the STRENGTH of the CONFIDENCE thereof.
Joel 2 : 1 - 11 Blow YE the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in MY holy mountain : let all the inhabitants of the land tremble : for the day of the Lord COMETH, for it is nigh at hand !!! A day of darkness And of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick DARKNESS ( CHAOS, PERVERSIONS, IGNORANCE...), as the morning spread upon the mountains : a GREAT people and a strong ! There hath not been ever the like ! Neither shall be ANYMORE after it , even to the years of many generations ( 1,000 year reign ). A FIRE devoureth before them : and behind them a FLAME burneth : the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness ; Yea, and nothing shall escape them ! The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses ; and as horsemen, so shall they RUN ! Like the noise of chariots on the tops of the mountains shall they LEAP, like the noise of a FLAME of FIRE that devoureth the stubble, as a STRONG people, set in BATTLE ARRAY ! Before their face the people shall be MUCHED pained ;all faces shall gather blackness ( hatred ). They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of WAR and they shall march EVERY ONE on his ways, and they shall NOT break their ranks ( knowing their calling and abiding therein ) : Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path : and when they fall upon the sword, they shall NOT BE WOUNDED !!! They shall run to and fro in the city ; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up on the houses ; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief . The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble : the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall WITHDRAW their shining !!! And the Lord shall utter His voice before His ARMY : for His camp is VERY GREAT ! For He is STRONG that executeth His WORD, for the day of the Lord is GREAT and very TERRIBLE,,,,, AND WHO CAN ABIDE ???
Take your place in the ranks of the Lords army saints !!! Let's go forth and accomplish the SWORD of the Lord !!! HALLELUIAH !!!
CALLING ALL SAINTS....CALLING ALL SAINTS....CALLING ALL SAINTS...
For many years now, the devil has entered the "church" world with doctrines of devils and man. Itchy ears have locked on to these, causing them to be in BONDAGE. Tied up in false doctrines, the church has grown weak. It has no strength !
It would be SO GOOD if this could be dealt with RIGHT NOW ! But, I don't see it happening yet. "till we all come into the unity of the faith" is a prophesy that will come forth by much adversity ! When things get SO BAD ... that there is absolutely no where else to turn to except the TRUTH of God......then, the sons of God will manifest and things will get straight. Isn't it a shame that we will have to go through such tribulation ! STUBBORNNESS !!! is as the sin of WITCHCRAFT !!!
Oh, but, no one wants to hear the TRUTH, because then, it would mean they would have to fight against the flesh, and mind, to carry on the process of salvation...! It would mean that they would have to dig into the Word of God and see " if these things be so ". It would mean that they would have to lament before the Lord God in prayer ! It would mean that they would have to be satisfied with the menial things if this world.....seeking the Lord and all His righteousness FIRST !
Oh how I wish that I could give words of comfort to the people, but I can't ! Instead, here is the cry of the Lord : Destruction cometh ! Ye shall seek peace, but there shall be none !!! You have worked for the desires of this world, and so enter into its re-compensation ! I will VOMIT you from Me...saith the Lord !!! There is a difference in being a "church goer" and a Christian ! A Christian is a devout follower of the teachings of the Lord Jesus ! They live in OBEDIENCE ! They are NOT lukewarm ! So, the question stands : Are you lukewarm, and hindering the work of the Lord ? Or, are you continually seeking the Lord in obedience.....and thus spread the gospel of TRUTH...?!
Lord Jesus, have mercy on your children... Joel 1:13-15 ... Gird yourselves, and lament, ye priests : howl , ye ministers of the altar : come, lie all night in sackcloth, ye ministers of my God : for the meat offering and the drink offering is withholden from the house of your God. Santify ye a fast, call a solemn assembly, gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the Lord your God, and cry unto the Lord : Alas for the day ! for the day of the Lord is at hand, and as a destruction from the Almighty shall it come.
Saints, we see the condition of the world, how that so much evil is so widespread ! The Lord says it is time to change this !
This call to fast and pray will be from Sunday at sundown, August 23 rd. to August 30 th.
This is what we need to deal with :
Day 1 through....Our complete santification
Day 2 . Prayers for our ministers : Prophets, teachers, evangelists, pastors.
Day 3. Prayers for each others protection and perserverance in all that are participating .
Day 4. Instructions will be gave to pray in AGREEMENT for our city, state, country, then the world.
Those that will go further, we will discuss a much more needful projection...
May the Lord Jesus, mighty in battle, bless us all... Prayer Warriors, I want to take a moment to encourage you... There was a time that I was corresponding with a female inmate in the major prison in Texas ( can't remember the name ), and she was telling me how awful the conditions were there. No decent food, or clothing, or medical, and the women were getting raped. This really disturbed me....down to the core of my spirit ! As I was in my prayer corner, travailing before the Lord, she came to mind and suddenly I was in another dimension, a spiritual one. And from inside me there was a ROAR that come forth : COME DOWN !!! Two weeks later, I recieved a letter from her, and she was ASTONISHED ! She said that the prison had been turned up side down ! The warden was fired, they had began recieving medical, decent food, new clothing, and, praise God, the door was opened for ministries to come in ! Halleluiah !!! I wanted to tell you of this so you can be encouraged in your prayer life. The Lord has many things that He wants done, and all we have to do is be OBEDIENT to what the Spirit wants to do through us ! The Lord just may want to ROAR through YOU !!! " Rejoice not that the spirits are subject unto you....but rejoice rather that your name is written in heaven..." Peace and love... 12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
Saints, we look how that most of the material in the Old Testament was "hidden" from the minds of the people, and how that the New Testament broke down and revealed the "mysteries". Some may think that all that may be known of the Lord is written down, and there is no more, but we read right here in John 16:12-15 that there are more things that the Spirit of God will reveal to His saints as time progresses ( in its season ).
To be open minded with this is very profitable ! To be stuck in tradition, will keep us from advancing in things the Lord has in store for us ! The Spirit of the Lord is, right NOW......as a trumpet, sending forth a blast of revelation to His Prayer Warriors ! He is taking us into a new, more powerful projection ! There are those that are being "pressed" by the Holy Spirit to go to a higher level in prayer ! This level is one of realized authority ! Will you give a loaded gun to a child ? Naaaaa... But after the proper instructions, and supervision, it is possible. Many are saying : Lord, dig this hole for me. The Spirit is saying : Here, I have gave YOU the shovel......dig the hole ! The realization of the AUTHORITY the Lord Jesus has given us have been something many has been wrestling with . The Lord would have us to be open to more insight ...because there is a work to accomplish, and it can not be accomplished if we hold on to traditional ways of doing... "Hear".........what the Spirit of the Lord is saying, and break away from traditional and go with what you are hearing... Greetings Saints ! Bless Ya ! Sorry about all the posts. I was moving some posts from Yahoo 360 so they can be better accessable... Peace and love... The Lord used to wake me at 3am. every morning, ministering to me in different areas of my walk with Him. Some of these things I will begin sharing:
1. As I was growing in the Lord I decided to hold onto some things so I wouldn't get " raptured when the time came, so I could be with my mother to help see her through. One morning as I was going to have breakfast, it was like I was in a bubble, and everyone that came close enough to me to penetrate the bubble suddenly turned into hideous, snarling , face contorted people that seemed to want to nash upon me. As soon as they walked on by, away from the bubble, they would return to normal.
I decided to separate myself from anyone! I came to the conclusion that the time period would be one that all that is left would be full of demons. Sooo I re-arranged my thinking.
2. Had a dream I was in the back yard of a two-story house. In a loft window I saw my younger sister. Her face was contorted with fear.
At the time her knowledge of the Lord was vague. I began taking up time with her in the Word. NOW, her knowledge is far beyond mine, and she is a WATCHMAN for Gods children.
3. When I was first getting an interest in God, I was laying on my bed and read all the way through the book of Daniel. After reading, I was thinking: Wow, sure wish I could be like that ! As I was contemplating, a PEACE came over me, and in my solar plexus area there was a "stirring". It felt good. It seemed to be growing in strength. It would cover more area, settling and holding more ground each time. At first I thought it had something to do with my breathing, but , no. The good feeling continued growing until it encompassed my whole body. Let me tell you, it was ECSTASY !!! I was aware of every single blood cell in my body, and each one was being bathed in ECSTASY. I had heard something earlier in my life about "walking in the spirit", and so I was thinking was I about to do that ( a real novice! ). So contemplating that thought, I said in my mind, LET it be. INSTANTLY I was out of my body. Standing beside it. I walked around a little, then had fear come upon me, so I laid down on my body, trying to get back in. I couldn't and felt panic. Finally, I relaxed, and instantly I was back in.
I had always figured there was life after death, like it was impossible for inside me to vanish, but this secured that belief.
One more thing : As was laying there , being bathed, the whole universe was like a big information center, and I could tap into any area of it. Sorta like your brain, or a computer.
4. This is a dream I had BEFORE 9/11. I was in a flat land area of the US , and there was an old farm house in front of me. Someone was with me, but don't know who. To my right ( about 2 o'clock from the North ), I saw a mushroom cloud appear. The Lord spoke to me and said " This didn't come from afar, it came from within ". Saints, this is yet to come...
5. Fairly recent dream : I was on a cliff, and those that confessed Jesus was being either thrown over the cliff or given a choice to jump. There was three more people that was with me that decided to go ahead and jump. When we jumped, on the way down , three of us turned into a ball of fire and zoomed up into the heavens. One of the four hit the ground, and upon impact, the earth trembled and sound like an explosion.
6. I dreamed I went up to a house and got a job raking leaves for a woman dress in black. As I was raking DEAD leaves, I saw that under the leaves were grave markers. ( the next dream happened the next night )
7. I dreamed me and someone else ( don't know who ) walked up to and old house And there was a woman dressed in black on the porch. I asked her if she needed her yard cleaned up and she replied that there was a lot of DEAD leaves under the house. I began raking out the dead leaves and there were tombstones under the leaves.
Interpretation: The Lord was showing me my ministry change: The woman...Whore of Babalon. Leaves......For the healing of the nations ( but they were inefective ...dead ). Graves........ The dead in Christ ( uncovering , revealing , those decieved ).
8. Dreamed I( there were about 9 of us. ) was in the heavens looking down on earth ( it was about the size of the full moon ). As I watched, I saw the earth go through a transformation , swirling, and what was a blue earth ended up a green earth. When the transformation was complete I zoomed down. Before me was a lush tropical land with a HUGE rock of which beautiful clear water was gushing from it.
NOTE: There was no sun or moon or stars.
9. The Lord used to wake me at 3am EVERY MORNING showing me things, ministering to me. Here is one of them.
I was in a room with a lot of people in it. There was a small child running around looking crazy, and I look at him and KNEW he was possessed. I took him to others in the room to explain the situation, and as I was telling the people how God could free him, he ran out the door. I began running after him, but as I was going through the door, I saw it was pitch black outside. ( At the time I was terrified of dark, because as a child my family used to scare me and tell me the " things in the dark would get me ").
Well, my ambition for his freedom pushing me, I ran into the darkness after him and cast the devils from him.
NOTE: After this vision, I have absolutely NO fear of ANYTHING !!! Halleluiah !
10. Was a prayer warrior at the time of this dream/vision area : Was going to a church where the travail of the Holy Spirit would keep me doubled over most of the time, and I began having dreams about the pastor and his right hand man. The Lord was showing me there was something wrong . I won't get into details because I couldn't explain it well enough. Also one time in prayer everyone was getting prayed for. As I was praying, I saw a young girl ( that was being prayed for ) with a person on each limb pulling in four different directions. I had noticed earlier that she had a sex spirit on her. I finally understood that the whole set up was being controlled by a sorcerer. The preacher ended up ripping off the whole congregation. This same preacher also brought in a hand full of women that was to teach people how to travail ! Like trying to teach how to speak in tongues!
12. I read a book by Edgar Cayce, and there was some cantations in it to recieve a "mantra" ( supposed to be a spirit guide ). I said them, and that same night there was a dark form ( like a man) that was standing , about 8 ft. from me. I ducked my head under the covers. Later he was gone, but the next night that dark form woke me laying on me paralizing me. I cried out Jesus, and he left. When he was running away, another person saw him. ( This was before the Lord began dealing with me.)
13. Tidal Waves: Dreamed I heard a noise and went outside . There was a tidal wave about 30 yards high coming at me. The next night I dreamed I heard a noise and there was a tidal wave coming at me that was almost too high to see the top. I ran back in the house and the wave hit. It shook my house and enough water came inside to wet the floor. Shortly after these dreams is when I entered the Wilderness.
GENESIS 3 : 22 - 24 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of Life, and eat, and live FOREVER : There fore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So He drove out the man and He placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a FLAMING SWORD, which turned every way, to keep the WAY of the tree of Life.
I thank God that Jesus made a way to get back into Eden to partake of the Tree of Life ( Jesus ). The flaming Sword ( the Word of God ) is the WAY. Flaming to sear or SEAL the Word of God in our minds....through spiritual Revelations.
John 15 : 26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth, which proceedeth from the Father, He shall testify of me.
Quench not the Holy Ghost, BY WHICH, you are SEALED unto the day of redemption...

Peace and love... In the beginning there was empty space, till God spoke existence unto this place.

From the dust of the earth he created man, in His own image, do you understand.
Now God created angels, everyone of them, to be special servants unto Him.
But one called Lucifer," angel of light" tried to overthrow God in a rebellious fight.
Down from heaven fell Satan and his legion, a third of Gods angels, now called demons.
He fell to earth where he corrupted man, but that didn't stop Gods, Master Plan.
Now God didn't like all the evil He seen, so He flooded the earth , yes, He washed it clean.
From that day-on man heard many pleas, to repent to the Lord of their sinful deeds.
Some longed for God, to fellowship with him, but didn't have a perfect escape from sin.
Oh, But God had, a Master plan.
So he sent His Son through a virgin birth, to die for all sinners here on earth.
Filled with the Spirit from the womb, came John the Baptist saying He's coming soon.
Yes John the Baptist was a righteous man, crying repent,repent, for the kingdom is at hand.
Look to the One coming after me, who's come into this world to set your soul free.
Now Jesus came unto John ,you see, to the Jordan River from Galilee.
To be an example of a righteous Way, to be sealed by God for the Judgement Day.
Yes the Spirit of God came from above and rested on Jesus like a dove.
Then a voice did speak from the heavens sayin, " Behold my Son in whom I'm well pleased.
After forty days and forty nights, Satan came for a spiritual fight.
Satan said if you be the Son of God, command those stones that are rock hard.
To be a loaf of tasty bread and eat it man, before you're dead.
Jesus said man don't live by bread alone, if he wants to live in Gods heavenly home.
Cause the Power to raise you from the dead, don't come from a loaf, of bread.
Now man don't live by bread you see, but through faith in God they live eternally.
So Satan knew he couldn't tempt God Son, yes,he knew that he was the Righteous One.
So he caused the religious people of the land, to cry and shout " Crucify the man !".
For he claims to be the son of the most High, a blaspheme to God and for this He should die.
Well they whipped and cursed, spit in Christs face, nailed Him to a cross as a public disgrace.
Satan thought for sure as he laughed in pride, I've defeated God now with His Son crucified.
but Jesus descended into the pits of Hell, setting captives free for His Word did prevail.
And after three days in the heart of the earth, God raised King Jesus from the sting of deaths curse .
So listen to me please, when I say, you'd better get ready for the Judgement Day.
Cause Jesus is coming, His Word does say, to take all the evil away.
For blessed are they who believe yet not seen, that Jesus is their God and soon coming King.
Today is the day of salvation you see, so let Jesus in your heart, He will set you free.
Now that's, the Master Plan.

Greetings ! This is a song I sing, and received it from a dear saint, which I love tremendously in the Lord. At one time I would have joined her Evangelical ministry, but, there was a dress code. Now I just ain't one to wear a suit and tie, trimmed hair and a cleaned shaved face ! Oh well... I believe it would have been a better projection as I am, astonishing some that has "respector of persons"on them, seeing as the Anointing of the Holy Ghost was TREMENDOUS ! Well, bless her ! SO I GOD HAVE REVEALED MY HEART CONCERNING THIS MATTER AND IT IS FOR YOU TO GET UP AND OBEY OR BE DEFEATED THIS HOUR SAYS GOD. FOR I CANNOT AND WILL NOT FOREVER CONTEND WITH MAN. Sharing My Experience (... Speak With New Tongues) And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

Again, I'm so glad to see the love with which this divisive topic has been discussed. It is a divisive topic amongst Christianity and often just the word "Tongues" brings emotionally heated conversations.
I just wanted to spend a bit of time today sharing my experiences on the subject.
I was a great "Churchian". BUT... my husband accepted Christ and messed up everything.
My husband didn't just carry his Bible - he read it. No.... he DEVOURED it. And I realized that he didn't just look Christian (on the outside), he lived the Christian life. God changed him to the point where his life (not just his words) testified to the existence and power of God! My husband filled his day with Jesus. Being a musician, he began to fill his work commute with Christian music. Being an analytical person, he began to fill his lunchtime with Bible study & discussions with coworkers. Being a husband and dad, he began to lead his family on the road to righteousness.
To be honest... I was so ingrained with church doctrine that I didn't want to see what God's Word had to say on certain 'questionable' issues. And... I was afraid my husband was going to fall into some satanic cult when he began reading about the spiritual gifts! Our Pastor preached that Tongues was straight from satan and anyone who spoke in tongues was probably casting a voodoo spell on people.
So my husband and I had some emotional discussions and I was extremely closed minded when he read the verses to me that dealt specifically with the gift of Tongues. Ohhh I prayed that he'd just let this subject die and get back to status-quo. But even I couldn't persuade him - nor could I quench the fire that burned within him for "more of God" in his life. He knew what God had saved him from - and he wanted to give God his 'all' - he wanted to saturate his life with God and to serve God with everything he had.
It was then that I realized something vital to my Christianity. It was like a 'light' came on in my spirit. I realized my husband was the REAL DEAL. He was what Christianity was all about - MORE GOD and less humanness. Living for God. Desiring God in every aspect of one's life. My husband was so ALIVE with Christ and Christ was ALIVE in him!
And me? I didn't have that at all. I carried my Bible and memorized Salvation verses, and looked good and behaved right, but I was nothing more than a "Churchian". I didn't have a 'relationship' with God at all. I realized I'd had no desire for God in my earthly life. And THAT broke my heart. I had to make a decision. Either I wanted GOD in my life - or I didn't.
I finally fell to my knees and cried out to God that I was sooooo sorry for the way I'd behaved and lived my life. I told Him I desperately needed and WANTED Him in my life. I told Him I wanted everything He wanted to give me - I wanted Him to walk with me, to talk with me, to share with me His secrets of His kingdom. I wanted what my husband had - a fire, a desire for Him and for more of Him in my life.
God heard my cry. From that day forward, I've never stopped desiring more of God in my life. ALL that God has to give - I wanted - and today I still do - I can not get enough of God - not just reading and studying His Word - but of GOD HIMSELF.
We left that church and eventually moved away. We began attending an Assembly of God church. It was there that my questions were answered, my heart satisfied, and my anxiety turned to peace. With so much love and compassion, our Pastor brought answers to the confusion I had felt over the spiritual gifts.
One Pentecost Sunday, I was at the altar in prayer. We'd been invited to the altar if we wanted to 'get alone with God' and seek more of Him in our lives.
I quietly told God that I surrendered everything I had to be used by Him for His honor and glory. I don't know how long I knelt at the altar. No one prayed with me. No one touched me. It was me and God - alone. I could hear the music softly playing in the background and I prayed and hummed and comfortably rested in the presence of the Lord. I felt I wasn't supposed to leave the altar. I felt God was going to 'reveal' Himself to me in a way I'd never known before. I was at peace waiting.
I will share that I soon began to feel something amazing. I'm not one who goes on 'feelings' or experiential-drama, but I literally felt like God, Himself, rushed into me and hugged me on the inside. And I began to cry. It wasn't a bad cry. I wasn't hurt or frightened or feeling convicted. I felt........... Love. This God, who I'd previously perceived to be mean, condemning and distant - came to me in LOVE. Wow....
I began to speak quietly to God, thanking Him for this immense, overwhelming love that I was feeling. I knew in my thanksgiving and in my private worship, I wasn't speaking English. But I also knew the more I spoke to God, the more 'filled' and even 'empowered' I felt. It was as if I was immersed in the Spirit of God. Like I'd willingly surrendered my own steps to fall into Him and be consumed and saturated by Him.
Weeks later, people were sharing some of their spiritual experiences and one man shared that he never felt led to stand in the congregation and give a message in Tongues. He said he felt, for him, Tongues was more of a prayer language that strengthens and edifies his spirit. Our pastor shared the verses with us that proved Tongues did do that. He explained that some feel it's wrong to 'edify' oneself. But edify simply meant to 'build' up. He said we fill ourselves with food to edify our physical bodies, why shouldn't we edify our spirits? He also shared that if a person felt 'led' by the Spirit to give a message to the congregation in Tongues - to please be obedient to do that - because God still has directions for specific bodies of believers even today!
Another man shared that he saw a guest get up and leave the service one Sunday. And he felt he should go after him and make sure the guest wasn't offended by something. The guest was in the hallway when the man caught up with him. The man asked why he'd left the sanctuary. The guest said he felt something 'weird' and just had to leave. The man suggested that the guest may have felt the power of the Holy Spirit. The man asked if he could pray with the guest. The guest agreed to prayer. So the two men sat in the hallway in chairs and prayed. The man began to pray for the guest to feel God's peace, and he soon switched to praying in tongues because he didn't know the real need of this guest. The guest gasped, then began to cry. The guest thanked the man and asked him to lead him to Christ. The man was (of course) more than happy to do so - but asked why the man felt the need to do this now. The man said, "Because I came to your church knowing no one, but God sent a white man to speak to me in Spanish so that I could understand my need for Him." The man said that he didn't know how to speak Spanish at all - he was of German descent. The man explained that he was speaking in Tongues and the Holy Spirit allowed the Hispanic man to hear in Spanish.
Another lady said she was sitting in the congregation and felt a 'stirring' in her spirit. She said she soon felt as though she'd burst if she didn't stand and speak. She had no clue what she was supposed to speak, but she didn't want to do it. At that moment she said the Pastor said, "I feel someone here has a word from the Lord that they are afraid to share. Please don't be afraid, you are among friends and if the Lord wishes to use you, allow Him to do that. Be obedient."
And the lady said she stood, shaking and afraid and she said, "It's me Pastor. I ...." and she began to speak in tongues.
A woman across the room began to cry, then sob. She stood and said, "My children ....."
There was silence as this woman shared an interpretation, but before she was finished, there wasn't a dry eye in the church. God had indeed spoken directly to this particular body of believers.
Is this 'spiritual gift' improperly used? YES. Whenever any portion of Scripture is made into doctrine and taken out of context there's improper use. Whenever any spiritual gift is improperly used, there is danger of cultish behavior.
Is it abused? YES. Whenever anyone elevates a 'gift' over it's Giver - there is abuse and pride.
Are there fakes? YES. Just as there are fake (impostor, false) teachers & preachers who lead God's people astray because they seek notoriety for themselves. Just as there are false prophets who don't preach truth, but tickle the ears of the saints so they can gain a following. Just as there are singers who sing Christian music to make money but aren't Christian in their lifestyles.
Wherever there is a REAL - there will be a 'fake' or a false, or an impostor.
Our son's wife is related to a man who first met us and knew we were Christian. He asked, "I hear you're Spirit-filled Christians! I am too! I speak in Tongues - listen......." and he proceeded to speak for a time. This same man is addicted to illegal and prescription drugs, cheats and steals for money, is living with a woman outside of marriage, abuses people and gov't assistance, and believes that because he can 'speak in Tongues' he is a superior and powerful Christian man.
It's my opinion that Tongues is such a divisive topic because satan knows when properly used, it spiritually edifies individuals and it corporately brings together the body of believers. Why wouldn't satan want to cause extremism, pride, and division when it comes to a spiritual gift that builds both individuals and entire congregations? And if it weren't for today - why would God say through the Apostle Paul: "covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues"? And why would Jesus say: "...these signs will follow those who believe" ?

Greetings saints, I am still on the back-burner for a moment, but wanted to share this message I received from a friend :
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
We've all heard the word "nesting" but have we ever taken a close look at true nesting in action? This is neat.
When a mother eagle starts building her nest, she begins using items we wouldn't at all expect for such a job - sharp thorns, broken branches, rocks. Later, she places on top of it a layer of wool, feathers, and fur from animals she has killed, making it soft and comfortable for her eggs. Her eggs eventually hatch and her little ones grow to flying age. As with any creature, growing up is never an easy thing. That's precisely when mom begins "stirring up the nest." With her strong talons, she begins pulling up the thick carpet of fur and feathers, bringing the sharp rocks and branches to the surface. As more of the bedding gets plucked up, the nest becomes more uncomfortable for the young eagles. Eventually, this and other urgings prompt the little eagles to leave their once-comfortable abode and move on to bigger and better things like learning to fly and eventually making homes and families for themselves.
I think some of us may have gotten a little too comfortable in our nests. We've had all the warmth, comfort and free meals we could want but all good things come to better things, with the Lord! It's time we learned to fly!
Let's not be bitter at the Lord for plucking up our comfortable nests. He wants us to be all that we can be! He wants us to accomplish all the things He has for us - to reach our fullest potential - to experience the amazing sensation of flying, even soaring, high above our problems and issues and whatever other distractions hold us back from growing up in Him. Let's take a leap of faith today.
Every Christian should have a person like the one described below speak into their life. Every Christian assembly should have someone like them visit on a regular basis. The chances are, most churches HAVE been visited by someone like this, but they were either politely asked to leave or forcefully thrown out.
The prophetic servant is a person afflicted with a heavenly autism, making him nearly incapable of normal relations with those around him. Accused of being aloof, cold, and distant, he is apt to hide himself from people, withdrawing into a world of his own. He never seems to be all "there". Even if he forces himself to come down to Earth for a moment, those around him may have the sense that there is an unspoken dialogue going on somewhere inside of him, a secret communion carried on beneath the surface that never allows him to be fully "in the moment". How do we explain this? As a prophetic servant he sees, hears, and relates to the world differently than the rest of the population. They have not seen what he has seen; they have not heard what he has heard. And so he finds very little camaraderie, very little sympathy or understanding, no one with whom he can open his heart and share his soul, because he no longer speaks the same language, and they no longer speak his. Of course, he may have surface-level exchanges with anyone: he is approachable, not haughty, or high-minded. He may even be personable and likeable. Yet there is something so other-worldly in his presentation that he is more often frightening that friendly, in spite of his best efforts. He is a spiritual autistic, and no matter how hard you try to know him, he is generally hard to understand, and to a certain degree, he resists all attempts to know him. If a prophet is anything, he is extra-terrestrial - above the Earth. He walks the Earth with others, but he is not of the Earth. He is from beyond; he is from above. If we trace his history we will find that he may or may not have had a normal childhood. He may or may not have come through extraordinary experiences. But at some point in his life, either as a child, or as a young adult, or as an old man, something from another realm broke through the thin membrane between Heaven and Earth and took hold of him. It may have been a burning bush, or a Voice crying out to him from beyond the veil, or a Heavenly Vision which brought him briefly into contact with something and Someone that he could not completely fathom. However it happened, for one moment at least, the clouds parted and the Veil was rent, and he saw something that is not seen with natural eyes ; he heard something that is not heard with natural ears ; Heaven itself was opened up to him, and he saw into another world. The thing he saw and heard now burdens him like a mantle that has been draped over his shoulders. He feels its weight, for it is with him day and night, whether he is eating or drinking, working or resting. It is the impression that everything around him is a lie, and what he has seen and heard is the Truth, and this Truth is not static, but it is living, growing, and increasing within him from the day it comes to him in the form of a seed. For a long time he struggles to find words and vocabulary to express the inexpressible. He cannot explain why he feels the need to try and express it, but for some inexplicable reason something drives him to open his mouth, or take up his pen, and make it known. Whatever it is, it will not permit him to savour it or keep it to himself, and it seems intent on coming to the surface and interrupting the normal course of his life. This process can be frustrating and painful, so much so that he may give up several times, content to simply walk in what he has seen and heard and leave it at that. But try as he might, he cannot run away from what he has seen and heard, and he cannot deny the compulsion to bring it forth. On the one hand he cries out for a "normal" life, while on the other hand he knows he cannot deny what has been revealed to him. When he does achieve some modest success in articulating something of Heaven he is pleased for a time, but soon grows impatient with it, and eventually is dissatisfied with it altogether, because it cannot do justice to what he has seen and heard. And so the process begins again, the continual search for words to more perfectly express what he is trying to communicate (and a subtle fear in the back of his mind that he may never be able to adequately express it), which leads him to invent words which may have never before existed, or to look for Spirit-inspired words in some unknown tongue that can be translated into something others can understand. The prophets of old correctly called it the "burden of the Lord", for it is like a woman who must live the rest of her life being in perpetual labor, delivering the same child over and over again. What relief there is only comes in discharging the burden, but that is not to say it ever really leaves: it merely allows the prophet time to catch his breath until the next contraction doubles him over again. The burden is with him the rest of his life, and he never fully discharges it. Even when he tries to be disobedient to the Heavenly Vision and flees from the presence of the Lord he is pursued and hunted down like some kind of a wild animal who has gotten loose, knowing it is only a matter of time before he is captured again. The Voice never leaves him, the Vision never lets him go. When he refuses to speak then the fire which is already kindled only burns hotter, until he ends up doing what he has resisted doing all along, just to relieve himself of the unbearable tension and inward pressure. He cannot extinguish or quench the fire no matter what he does, he can only be obedient and find temporary relief, until the next word comes, and then off he goes. He may beg God to send someone else, and may protest his inability to speak, or to write. But he is already ruined for anything else, and even when he denies the Lord Who called him and returns to his former occupation, it is all dull and lifeless, and he meets with nothing but frustration and failure. There is no way to escape it. He knows he is called to something Higher, even when he is clinging with everything he has to something Lower. Like a wild horse, he resists the dealings of the Lord and must be broken before he will obey. Eventually he learns not to resist the Lord, but to cooperate with Him. He becomes pliable and bendable in order to survive. His very life now is bound up with what he has seen and heard. He cannot be disobedient to the Heavenly Vision, and if it means he dies, then he dies. If it means a renunciation of everything he once believed, then he renounces it - reluctantly at first, then cheerfully. If it means suffering the loss of all things, then he lets them go. Over time the one who has seen and heard becomes the very essence of what he has seen and heard. The Man becomes the Message. He bears the Testimony in himself, and becomes one with it. He needs no preparation to speak; indeed, preparation does nothing to help the message he brings, and it often gets in the way. His whole life is the preparation, and since he has the Message, it is with him constantly. He can no more separate himself from the Message than he can separate his head from his body. If there is an "On/Off" switch then it was long ago turned on and then disabled so that it can never be turned off again. After many seasons of God's dealings he finally perceives that this is what the Lord has sought for all along, not just to GIVE him a Message, but to MAKE him a Message; to gain for Himself a Messenger and capture him completely, embossing the Message into his very being. And so he goes about his daily business, constantly haunted by that voice, torn between the menial task at hand which calls for his physical and mental exertion, and the Higher Calling which seeks his undivided attention. He knows he should do all things, great and small, as "unto the Lord". But he also knows that Heaven and Earth are locked in mortal combat over him while he stands there in the middle, torn between the two, desiring to depart the Earth altogether and be with Christ, but knowing that it is more profitable for his brethren if he remains. Heaven calls him to rise up, but Earth tells him to keep his feet firmly planted. His heart is constantly breaking and longing to go, to ascend, to rise up, to stop seeing through a dark glass, and see face to face, without the distraction of the natural, the fleshly, the temporal, because he knows the Earth is not his home. Yet he struggles with the fact that Earth is where he must live and work. This accounts for why he may sometimes seem difficult to be around. As a savant he possesses insight and skill which others do not possess. But it is a gift, not anything of himself, nothing of which he could boast of. If you were to ask him if he considers this to be a blessing, he would probably say it is more like a curse, because it sets him apart from others even when he tries his best to be hidden and to blend in. He cannot read the Scriptures as others do, for after only a few verses the Heavens are opened up to him again and he is lost in its depths. A single passage may keep him occupied for months as Heaven unfolds it to him, and he cannot tear himself away from it. His preaching is affected, because he cannot decide in advance what he will say, and even when he would like to bring forth something new and exciting, he usually ends up saying the same thing, like, "Repent!" He often does not say what he wants to say, and does not say it in the way he would like to say it. If he wants to be serious, he finds himself laughing. And when he wishes to be friendly, he finds himself screaming at the top of his voice to a startled congregation of people, who wonder how this fellow was ever allowed access to their inner sanctum in the first place. When he leaves a place he almost never sees the result of his labor, and only eternity can reveal the true significance of what was said. For now, it is all hidden, and he has to live with the fact that his fruitfulness will never be measured in terms that human beings, including himself, can see and appreciate. He cannot go through the motions of religion like most mortals. It is a dead, shallow thing to him because it cannot compare to the reality of what he has already experienced. He finds it difficult to listen to another person preach when he knows they have not yet ascended to the heights nor plumbed the depths that he has already navigated. And when he tries to lead them into these heights and depths himself he is often misunderstood or rejected altogether. So either he attends the meeting and suffers in silence, or stays home and suffers in solitude; but either way, he suffers. His seeing is affected by a sort of "spiritual dyslexia". While others view things from a one or two dimensional viewpoint, he sees them through several dimensions at once - forward, backward, reverse, upside-down, right-side up: life and death, light and dark, Spirit and flesh, Heavenly and Earthly - which often puts him at odds with his more pragmatic and doctrinally-correct brethren. He is so at one with what he has seen that he speaks of it as having already happened, because he has, in essence, already experienced it and lived it. It is the Prophetic Tense, which calls those things that be not as though they were. In his world, the world of the Spirit, they exist already. We call it "prediction" because we cannot yet see it with our natural eyes, but he simply stands outside of Time and views Past and Future as one unbroken and continuous Present. His hearing is affected so that he is increasingly sensitive to his surroundings, even though it seems as if he is not paying attention. He is listening, but he is listening inwardly. He no longer trusts his natural ears, because the Heavenly Voice and the inner witness are more reliable. Thus, he is able to hear God speaking, while the rest of the crowd says, "It thundered!" or "It was an angel!" He is also able to hear when God is not speaking, and does not get carried away with the multitudes who claim to speak, see, and hear things from God when they have not heard or seen anything from Heaven. He cannot bear to listen to them. His concentration is affected in such a way as to make him appear obstinate and unyielding to others. The truth is that he is actually quite flexible and pliable before the Lord, but before man he is as solid and impenetrable as a rock. No amount of persuasion or argument from man will move him but the slightest touch from the Lord will bring him to his knees. Having discovered the One Thing that is needed, he will tenaciously and ruthlessly shun the "many things" which crowd in to seek his attention, for he sees everything else as a distraction. Indeed, he is quite willing to sacrifice the good in favour of the Holy. And when the Lord has him focused on a particular thing he is as a beam of light fastened upon a singular point until everything melts before it.
I realize there are many churches and denominations that teach the apostle and prophet was removed from the church in the first century. Don't you believe it for a minute. Stop following traditions of men and follow the Scriptures.
Anyone who receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and anyone who receives a righteous man because he is a righteous man will receive a righteous man's reward. (Matt. 10:41).

KEY THOUGHT:
Jesus did not come to abolish the Law. His disciples cannot set aside the Law simply because they don't like it or it is inconvenient. Jesus is trying to help them to a greater righteousness and holiness. While this can be received only by grace, Jesus emphasizes grace must not mean rewriting God's will for character and holiness so the standards are lower. This is especially true of those who teach others about God's will. The last thing we want to do is promise an easy Gospel with no demand when God has set the character, faith, ministry, life, and service of Jesus as our standard. We do not want to make the way for others more difficult to follow, nor do we want to be the source of their drifting off the path either. In sharing the Gospel, we want to share the truth: God's will, revealed through his Word by the Holy Spirit.
TODAY'S PRAYER:
Father of all truth, I come to you now wanting to know your will and wanting even more to put it into practice. Please help me discern what your truth is and then live it each day in my life. I want to obey all your will and not just the parts that are easy to fulfill. May I wholly live in your love and care. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

God is in charge of the world

God's authority
God rules his creation. Nothing is outside his authority—not even the leaders of the nations and kingdoms of this world. No person is placed in a position of power outside of God's will. This can be a great comfort when we see leaders take over in various places, especially leaders with whom we do not agree.
So what does this mean for the cruel tyrants of the world? It means that they too are under God's authority. Satan may author their evil acts, but their wrongdoing can only occur within the boundaries God sets. Why those boundaries are where they are for some nations is a question only God can answer. But we can rest assured that no power is in authority outside of God's plan. God always accomplishes his will, even through the most wicked leaders. God is always the final authority.
WISE WAYS How will you pray today for the leaders of your country, as well as for leaders around the world?
Today, Lord, may I trust that you are the sovereign authority over all that happens in my nation. May I trust you, even as I work on your behalf.

Romans 1:32
Dear Father, righteous judge,
Who could argue against your righteous judgment? Who would claim that those who refuse to see truth should not be left in their blindness? Though they know that those who pervert truth deserve to die, they not only continue to practice perversion, they also glorify it!
Holy God, your judgment is just! Have mercy on these derelict people to chasten them with judgments that will bring them to repentance. And dear Father, save all of your people, your holy remnant, from the flood of filth and enmity toward you that surrounds us every day!
Thank you, God, that your judgment is just, but thank you also that your mercy is available to all.
Thank you for your remedy for sin and death! Only you, God, could do this! It is in the name of Jesus and by his authority that we have such boldness to come to you, asking these things according to his will. Amen.

Holy Father,
God of our yesterdays, our today, and our tomorrows. We praise You for Your unequaled greatness. Thank You for the year behind us and for the year ahead. Help us in Your new year, Father, to fret less and laugh more. To teach our children to laugh by laughing with them. To teach others to love by loving them. Knowing, when Love came to the stable in Bethlehem, He came for us. So that Love could be with us, and we could know You. That we could share Love with others. Help us, Father, to hear Your love song in every sunrise, in the chirping of sparrows in our backyards, in the stories of our old folks, and the fantasies of our children.
